Felting Classes with Michelle Mohr – Learn Wet Felting in the Wendland Region
Discover the art of felting and create your own felted object from sheep's wool.
Loose sheep’s wool can be turned into sturdy felt! You can do this with your own hands. Using sheep’s wool, water, and soap, you can create exciting textures and surfaces ranging from firm to fluffy.
In my class, you can felt your own pillow with an interesting texture or bring your own idea to life. If you have a specific project in mind, we’ll discuss beforehand how to make it happen. If you’d like to felt a cover for a specific item, measure it beforehand and feel free to bring it to class.

Participants
The course is designed for beginners as well as people with some experience in felting.
Maximum number of participants: 4–6 people
Groups
For groups of 4 or more, we can schedule a private class.
Times
The courses take place over two days on a single weekend:
Saturday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Costs
The weekend course costs €290 plus materials
The cost of materials depends on the weight of the sheep’s wool you use during the class. (starting at about 10 €)
Meals
A simple lunch, as well as drinks, coffee, and cake, are included in the course fee.
